Donzell Robinson is a nationally recognized Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) professional with over two decades of experience transforming complex public challenges into opportunities for collaboration, consensus, and sustainable change. He specializes in designing and guiding participatory processes that bridge divides among diverse stakeholders, including government agencies, community groups, private developers, and advocacy organizations, to resolve public policy disputes and advance equitable outcomes.
His approach is rooted in the belief that the most durable solutions emerge when historically excluded voices are centered and all parties have a meaningful seat at the table. Whether facilitating high-stakes municipal policy discussions, leading civic engagement for major infrastructure initiatives, or strengthening organizational capacity for inclusive decision-making, Donzell focuses on building trust, fostering dialogue, and translating shared vision into actionable results.
A significant chapter of his career was shaped during his 15-year tenure with the Key Bridge Foundation, where he served as Co-Executive Director and helped lead the U.S. Department of Justice’s Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) National Mediation Program. That experience gave him deep insight into the power of structured, multi-party problem-solving to resolve systemic issues and reinforced his commitment to ensuring accessibility, equity, and procedural fairness across all stages of engagement.
